Prior to scheduling your installation appointment, our technicians will conduct a thorough site assessment to evaluate the suitability of the installation area. This assessment includes assessing wall type, stud spacing, and accessibility to ensure a safe and successful installation.

Customer Responsibilities:

As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure clear access to the installation area and provide necessary equipment, such as the TV and mounting hardware. Additionally, please disclose any potential obstacles or hazards in the installation area to our technicians.

Installation Standards:

Our technicians adhere to industry best practices and manufacturer guidelines for TV mounting and installation to ensure safety and quality workmanship. We prioritize precision and attention to detail in every installation.

Warranty and Guarantee:

We offer a 1 year warranty on our TV mounting and installation services, covering defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or acts of nature.

Liability Waiver:

By scheduling a TV mounting appointment with us, you agree to waive any liability for damages or injuries that may occur during the installation process, provided that proper procedures and precautions are followed by our technicians.

Payment Terms:

Payment for our TV mounting services is due prior to completion of the installation. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments via platforms such as CashApp, PayPal, etc.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Governing Law:

These terms and agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mchigan, and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the 36th District of Detroit.
